Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

- Each individual may create only one account.

- If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

- Accounts must not be managed through third parties.
User Responsibilities
While using the platform, you are required to comply with the following:
- Fraudulent activity, bots, and automated software are strictly prohibited.
- Use of another user’s information or identity is prohibited.
- Any vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform must not be exploited, and such findings must be reported to bed1 immediately.
- Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on bed1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bKash, Nagad, and approved bank transfers are available for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Related
- Once a deposit is made, it cannot be canceled.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to platform guidelines and are subject to change.
- Third-party accounts cannot be used for deposits — payment methods must be registered under the user’s own name.
Withdrawal Related
- Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Full account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.

- Withdrawals will be suspended and investigated in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Modification

If an account is closed, you may request a refund of any legitimately deposited funds; however, bonus balances will be forfeited. If an investigation is ongoing, the refund process may be placed on hold.
